The staff were so helpful with directions. they gave us maps and bus schedules. the on-site chinese restaurant made a delicious, convenient dinner possible, after a long day. the free parking was quite a perk. It saved us a lot of money. the location provided easy access to nearby shops.

the building needs some updating, especially in the bathroom. it felt a bit dated.

Convenient Stay Near Addenbrooke's

I stayed here due to an appointment at Addenbrooke's Hospital, and its proximity was ideal. The hotel is a short walk to several shops down the road. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful . The hotel offers free parking behind the building (a real plus!).

The bathroom could use some updates as it felt a little dated.

The hotel has a restaurant on site, but breakfast is not currently served there. A Costa Coffee is conveniently located around the corner. I had dinner in the restaurant. It was very good.

The hotel is easy to find and close to supermarkets. I saw a bus stop nearly opposite the hotel, offering easy access to the city centre. The hotel is easily accessible for Addenbrooke's.

The reception staff were very pleasant and efficient on the phone. The person at the front desk was helpful with my itinerary change. Staff kindly provided us with two rooms when family room was unavailable.
